Abi has been with R1 Construction since its inception. As Operations Manager, she plays a key role in ensuring cohesion between site and office teams, helping to deliver projects on time and within budget for our clients.

With strong contractual knowledge, Abi reviews agreements to ensure they are fully understood, adhered to, and effectively implemented once projects go live. She also works closely with project managers and project leads to support smooth project delivery.
