R1 Construction are a midlands based design & build main contractor delivering projects up to £ 10 million.
Delivering projects nationally, we specialise in delivering both MMC (SIPS / Timber Frame), traditional new build and refurbishment projects, with extensive experience in the Education, Commercial and Residential sectors.
We hold Constructionline Gold, CHAS, SSIP and BM Trada Q Mark accreditations amongst others, along with Employers and Public Liability Insurance cover to £25 Million, and Professional Indemnity cover to £5 Million.
2024 marked ten years of R1 Construction. Over the past decade, R1 has grown not only in size but also in capability, expertise, and the relationships we’ve built. We’ve taken on ambitious projects, navigated an ever-evolving industry, and remained committed to delivering excellence in everything we do. However, none of this would have been possible without the dedication, passion, and hard work of our incredible team.
