R1 Construction are thrilled to announce a partnership with Base: Architects & Planning on an exciting new project to transform a former Shrewsbury care home into 14 stunning residential apartments.
Lymehurst Care Home, located on Ellesmere Road, closed its doors earlier this year after serving the community for over forty years. The 19th-century building will now be converted into modern apartments while retaining its historic charm.
The scope of works includes the full refurbishment of the existing structure, enhancements to the building’s facade and the addition of contemporary features to ensure the apartments meet modern living standards.
